PLUS Development Group Poland continues in Poland the corporate services of PLUS Development Group, Inc. – the Boston, MA based engineering consultancy established in 1994.  PLUS’ Team, consist of experienced entrepreneurs, engineers and scientists, has more than 25 years of diversified experience in international and regional business operation management, multi-national corporate representation, market/business development and name branding for technologies, products and services while at US and Central and Eastern Europe. 

PLUS’s Team responsibilities for Polish and other Eastern Europe markets have involved the following activities:

 ·         Participation in strategic and business plan development;

·         Preliminary project identification, evaluation and development;

·         Coordination with the branch and financial investors, and the various local market partners;

·         Active role in regional development, acquisition and competitive tender activities with several of the projects awarded to the partners/clients;

·         PR coordination and advisory role for the corporate partners and projects;

·         EU environmental regulations adviser;

·         Liaison to the local and national government, parliament commissions, chambers of commerce, professional and industrial associations and Unions

·         Interface with US, EU, CEE international government and non-government agencies in Poland
